Recipe: Creamy Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cup elbow macaroni
  • 2 C diced cooked chicken
  • 1 1/4 C sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 C milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (3oz) can Mushrooms, drained

Instructions

  1. Cook elbows about 6 minutes until tender. Rinse with cold water and drain.
  2. Combine chicken, 1 C. cheese, soup, milk, mushrooms and pasta
  3. Turn into 2 Qt casserole dish.
  4. Bake covered at 350* for 50-60 mins.
  5. Uncover and top with remaining cheese and return to oven until melted.
