Grilled Pizza

Recipe: Grilled Pizza


  • Pizza dough (homemade or store bought)
  • Olive oil
  • Favorite pizza ingredients/toppings


  1. Roll out the dough
  2. Make sure the grill racks are clean, brush olive oil on them
  3. Coat one side of the pizza dough with olive oil
  4. Place on grill until dough is bubbling and flippable
  5. Flip dough over and then decorate and create your favorite pizza.
  6. Remove onto pizza pan or large serving dish.

Quick Notes

It takes a little practice to flip the dough or to not burn it to a crisp, but start on a lower heat and watch it!


You can make a traditional pizza or a white pizza or even a dessert pizza if you so desire. The possibilities are endless.
